Nah. I view a decade as a decade, ten years. A baby born in 1900 is ten years old in 1910.

If we're going to get iffy though, then it should be 2000 - 2010, but seeing as Brett hasn't done anything in 2010 yet, I think that would be shite. So here we are.

but the 90s was 1990-1999
the 80s was 1980-1989
etc

"best of the decade" = 2000-2009

Plus it makes it more fun for this list!

No it wouldn't be. Cos when you wanted to talk about the following period, you would have to miss out 2010 and it would be 2011 to 2022.

It's the decade. It began on 1.1.00 and it fucking ends on 31.12.09.

Ok, fair enough. I am a spacker. It is a bit of a semantics issue. Sort of.

but if the teachers tells you to read your book from page 20 to page 30, it's not 10 pages, it's eleven. that was my point.

some say the new millenium started in 2001. i personally prefer decades to start with the same number, 1990 to 1999. 2000 to 2009 etc

Interesting results. "Autograph," Song For My Father," and "Ashes Of Us" seem to be the three songs recurring most often in the lists (including Bretts).
